  1. LOL, holy crap i am glad today was my rest day! By the way, I LOVE LOW BAR SQUAT. I was making sure that i was getting "proper depth" when a guy asked me if it was "atg" squat day. What does that mean?

  2. I'm pretty sure that mean "ass to grass". This is going to be the proper depth for any squat, don't let anyone tell you different.
